Dr. Jason Kajbaf is a Pain Management physician specializing in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and interventional pain care. After completing his medical education at Western University of Health Sciences, he completed his intern year at UC Riverside/Riverside Community Hospital, followed by residency and fellowship training at UCLA in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Pain Management. Dr. Kajbaf has authored multiple published book chapters on the use of ultrasound-guided injections and combines advanced procedural expertise with a commitment to safe, evidence-based care.

For Dr. Kajbaf, treating pain is ultimately about restoring quality of life. His goal is to help patients return to the activities that matter most—from playing sports and enjoying hobbies to simply walking, sitting comfortably, or spending time with family.
